Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (pending stock availability) Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your mobile number when the item is shipped.

Shipping Rates

If you spend more than $100 you will get free shipping. If you spend under $100 shipping will be **$12 – regardless of how much you buy.

** Dangerous goods charges may apply for certain items.

If you require Insurance on your parcel - please contact us as this will need to be arranged separately.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will give you the option of shipping you the portion of your order that is in stock, or, when the remaining item/s are available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

We will also keep you updated with the progress of your order accordingly.
